Gaillac the center of south west of France known for 2000 years of wine making experience dating back further than Bordeaux. 300 varietals are grown in south west France and 120 indigenous. Explore the red Tannant grape from Gascony region & the white varietal Petite Manseng, Malbec from Cahors unlike Argentina's Malbec, Cahors is Malbec’s birthplace.
