About the event
As the season changes into warmer weather so our palate choice changes. We go from hearty stews & heavy comfort foods to grilling fish, seasonal spring vegetables and a lighter fare in general. This Saturday's tasting, we invited Julie Perkins from Rive Gauche Wine Company to introduce us to some of her wines that pair well with a lighter spring and summer dining experience.
