About the event
Hawk and Horse is a Demeter Certified Biodynamic Vineyard, located in Lake County California upon Red Volcanic Soils. There are a select few wineries in California practicing biodynamic and Hawk and Horse is one. This practice was established by Rudolph Steiner (1863-19225). Basically, following an organic approach along with dynamic energy. It is intense practice but has an amazing outcome. The total cases made at Hawk and Horse are approximately 4,000 in total and if I may say they are all just beautiful. Please join us as we taste through the following wines and vintages.
