When we first opened our store, we invited Randall Abney of the Uncommon Gourmet to do a seminar on the true benefits of Olive Oil and also explain what real Balsamic is all about. Randall shared his wealth of knowledge and years of experience living in Italy in the Lake Garda area where some of the best Olive Oils are made.
Randall comes back to Public Square Wine Market Saturday February 24 @ 5:00 to a limited seated seminar to provide us with a tasting of the finest Olive Oils and Balsamic I have ever encountered.
